Summary: I stayed at the house with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was so beautiful and a great experience. The hosts were helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend!!

Summary: The house and the pool area were as pictured and described in the on line material (that part was very nice). The lake is very shallow. Around the dock maybe 12" - 18" with a very muddy bottom. You can paddleboard but you can't swim or dive off the dock. We rented a motorboat with a 19" draft and had to use a nearby marina for getting people on and off rather than the house dock. There's also regularly 30+ canadian geese wandering around in the front & backyard pooping as they do making yard games difficult. The owners have done a good job of blocking geese access from the lake but they wander in from neighbor yards or simply fly into the front yard area.

Summary: We rented this home on Old Hickory for our Extended Family Vacation and it was perfect! Everyone said they would choose that house and location again in a heartbeat! The home itself is gorgeous! The layout is wonderful too! We brought our boat and were able to use the boat dock which was so great! The pool and patio are beautiful and got a lot of use as well! Spencer, the house manager took such good care of us as well! Highly recommend this home and Above!

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hangout, with huge yard and incredible pool deck. All of the amenities for a very comfortable weekend. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and cookware needed. Location is 5 minutes from Walmart/Kroger for easy grocery shopping. Ample refrigerated space with cooling shelves downstairs. Beds and furniture were comfortable.The coffee machine ran out of beans, but our ABOVE contact brought more over within 90 minutes. The downstairs shower did not get hot all weekend, but with only 1 bedroom on that floor it was easy to use one of the many other showers in the house.All in all, this is a fantastic property and would definitely recommend.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. The lawns out front and in the back were the longest on the block, and we had to ask to have them mowed so that we could play ball games on the grass. The grass was overwatered every day in the back so it was too saturated to play on for most of the stay. The spa was broken the entire time, we used it only 3 out of the 8 days. There were promises of it getting fixed but no one every showed up. The master bedroom air conditioning is operated on the basement level. The first night it was 80 in the master and I had to sleep on the couch. We had an air conditioner person come out to check that the air wasn't working, he found that the thermostat was in the basement for that room and had, "already told the owner about that". Our house manager had little knowledge of the property, or how to use the coffee machine etc. There was no instructions on how to use the house and the appliances are high end and not intuitive to use. We were told we would get reimbursed for the hot tub not working, but haven't heard yet. For 2k a night I feel like it should have had a little more care in making sure we had what we needed. We own rentals and a website or binder with all of the FAQ's, instructions, and helpful tips would be great.

Summary: Fabulous house for family gatherings. Very spacious and full of light. Photos on VRBO are accurate. The kids enjoyed ping pong, playing with the large Jenga set, and watching geese and pelicans on the river. The sunsets can be easily seen from the rear of the house. Sadly, it was too cold to use the deck(s) to view the sunset but we plan to return during the warmer months to do this. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. RJ (our property manager from Above Residences) was professional and attentive - and even dropped off a pie and flowers on Thanksgiving day!
