Summary: Spectacular in every aspect. The property is so serene, our room was amazing with a view from the balcony that was paradise. The spa was exceptional and our couple massage was fantastic. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious with a lovely view of the trees and kites flying high in the sky! But most of all the entire staff provided friendly and outstanding service! Attention to every need we could possibly imagine. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and relaxation this is your perfect destination.

Summary: Beautiful location, excellent massage, outstanding staff ! Clean space with so many activities to do free of charge during your stay. I only stayed for one night but wish I could have extended my stay to do the free activities they offered.

Summary: The property was not well maintained. We stayed in 5 different areas and hotels in Bali. By far it was worst maintained hotel. At the breakfast buffet that had only a few options ants were travelling from a plate to another. And for that price it is unbelievably not worth it. The view was good but you always had this feeling that everything is dirty around you. Even in the small areas with water ar your balcony there were mosquitoes nesting hundreds of them. The welcome staff was nice but rude with jokes The lady staff were kind though.
