Summary: We recently stayed at this accommodation for a 3-night family trip. While the location itself was lovely and peaceful—ideal for a short break in nature—there were a few things that impacted our comfort during the stay. The bedding wasn't very comfortable, especially the lifted beds, which made sleeping a bit difficult. It was also quite warm at night, and even with the windows open, our children struggled to sleep. We also noticed an unpleasant egg smell from the crockery, particularly cups and plates, and had to request replacements. Thankfully, staff were responsive to that. If you're looking for halal food options, do note that there are none available on-site, so be prepared to bring your own meals or plan to eat out elsewhere. On the positive side, the accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video was a nice touch and kept the kids entertained in the evenings. Overall, the stay was decent, but if we were to return, we would likely choose a different accommodation within the same park. The location itself is beautiful, but small improvements could make a big difference in guest comfort.

Summary: We stayed in a luxury caravan with hot tub. Very comfortable with a spacious living area opening onto private decking. One of 6 in a small walked garden area. The site is really well landscaped. Large, but doesn’t feel it, split into small areas in a hillside forest. I couldn’t spot the site from anywhere offsite! Good location, between Porthmadog and Beddgelert. Plenty of places to in the area with Criccieth close by as well, and obviously the great scenery in Eryri.

Summary: Such a wonderful stay - we only stayed one night and hadn’t overly researched where we were staying but were so pleasantly surprised. Beautiful, comfortable stay and restaurant was great too. The guy who was on reception 26th June about 3/4pm (maybe from Birmingham) who checked us in could not have been more helpful, so friendly and welcoming he really set the tone for our trip. Great customer service x

Summary: Stayed in a Cabana. Great space for a few days away. Whilst other Cabana's were close, there were no noise issues. Very comfortable bed. Good hot water and shower pressure.

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had dinner and breakfast, the food was well presented and was exactly how we expected it to be.

Summary: Fantastic stay - lovely room and location . Food and service in bar and restaurant all excellent . Lovely team and every single one helpful and friendly . Ate in most nights and food excellent especially the cheesecake !! Can’t fault anything !
