Negative: The location of the cottage was very convenient and the surroundings were lovely. However, we experienced a serious issue with the flooring that was leaking water in. This problem significantly affected our stay and the mood of both myself and my guests who had traveled from another country to visit. Unfortunately, the hosts did not respond to my messages, which made the situation even more disappointing and difficult to deal with.

Positive: Nice little cottage, quite small but fine for a youngish couple. Not ideal for older people as bathroom was downstairs

Negative: As it was a cottage catering for 4, there were only three chairs for the table, only two cereal/dessert bowls and the sofa needed replacing as it had tape along some of the seams.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay but cottage seems tired and needs up-dating

Negative: Settee uncomfortable and a bit past its sell- by date. Shower a bit small and I’m not large.

Positive: The property is well located not far from Mount Snowdon and the AONB. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Negative: Due to having a disability the walk from the car park located about 200 yards from the accommodation wasn’t ideal but we managed to find space outside the park most evenings which helped.
