Positive: Proximity to the city. It has potential to be so beautiful inside if updated. Clean, no dust although some marks on bedding but overall a tidy house.

Negative: Beds uncomfortable, don’t think any of us got a good nights sleep. Noisy springy beds, bad pillows. I suffer with my back and none of them were comfortable. Upstairs radiator doesn’t turn off, room too hot. Downstairs ceiling fan sounded like it was going to come flying off. Mouse trap in downstairs bedroom was not appealing. Kitchen equipment such as knives and Cooking pans need updating. I also didn’t know if I missed it in the pack but didn’t realise someone else was staying on the property in the back. Was kinda freaky in the middle of the night… thought someone was in the kitchen

Positive: Nice , but one door is so old that we cannot open easily, kitchen , bathroom , living room are all perfect .

Negative: Just house near a lots of tomb, but there are no effect to rest one day .

Negative: - Upon entry, can smell nonenal odor. Need to use fragrant spray please. - located right next to a cemetery!👻 - only one toilet and bath for 7 pax - toilet bowl is moving, NOT fixed to the floor - kitchen drawer is about to fall off - power outlets near the heater near dining table are bad..it needs to be replaced. Heater can’t be used. - Eerie feeling according to some of the members of my family.

Positive: The house was lovely, very clean. Towels and toiletries on each bed for all the guests. Good communication from owner, very accommodating Close to amenities, 2 minute walk to catch a bus into town. The property would really benefit on putting in another bathroom. One bathroom isn't enough if the house is at full capacity.There was a shower in one of the upstairs room. Overall our stay was great, would definitely stay again.

Negative: We had to share one bathroom, which was located upstairs. Noise from traffic as house is on the main road.
