Positive: I stayed here for 4 nights. Austin and Abeer, their staff were super friendly and supportive. They arranged a tour from Aswan to Luxor, and I could come to Luxor safely with their licensed taxi driver, who was punctual in picking me up. They offer breakfast and dinner, and their location is just 10 min walk from the Luxor temple. On the rooftop, we travellers were socialising and exchanging information, which was super helpful. Highly recommended. Safe, reliable place. They also provide an extra blanket and a breakfast box for an early tour. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Shops are available nearby. Thank you very much!

Positive: Where do i need to start... This stay felt like coming home and being on a family visit. Abeer and Austin gave me a very warm welcome. The location of the place is great and close walk to the train station / bus. I received honest and good info regarding my trip. I got a room downstairs. It was completly like on the pictures. Clean, big and silent. If you visit Luxor there is no other place to stay. I wish Abeer and Austin all the very best.

Positive: Abeer, Austin and all the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They gave us so much helpful information and really made sure to look after us. They arranged a private driver for one day to The Valley of the Kings and one day to Aswan, stopping at Edfu and Kom Ombo along the way. The location is great, with a couple of convenience stores just around the corner and walking distance to Luxor's Nile coast where you can find Luxor temple, Karnak temple and lots of restaurant options, gift shops or anything else you might need.

Negative: There wasn't much we didn't like, the guest house was perfect. One thing I will say is that the private driver did take us off-road so we were going through unconstructed roads via the desert which was causing my partner's asthma to flare up due to excessive dust. Now we know this shouldn't have happened as tourists are only allowed to keep to the main roads. We believe this is because he didn't have the permit needed to transport us and was trying to avoid having to pay bakchich from corrupt police along the main roads. We were messaging Austin and Abeer throughout and they were attentive, helping us understand that he shouldn't have been doing this and called him to tell him to do things the right way which he did after that. Also he kept asking for extra parking charges when there were none.
