Positive: We stayed in the "newer" part of the castle as you would say, room was beautiful, grounds were well kept and easy to navigate and the food was beautifully made. Abit expensive but you get what you pay for so it was worth it.

Positive: Breakfast was very good with a nice choice of food on offer. The building is absolutely amazing, they don’t build them like that anymore.

Positive: Beautiful facilities . We stayed the weekend for a private surprise family birthday party. Venue outdoor grounds looked stunning illuminated for Christmas, as did indoors. Very festive.

Negative: We stayed in room 103. We were advised by hotel in advance that our room would experience noise due to a private function (wedding). We were OK with this, however we were unprepared for just how loud the music would travel from the function room below to our room. This did not spoil our stay.
