Positive: Well maintained property with excellent Management and staff.A must place in The Lakes District.

Negative: The entire Hotels structure and the well maintained beautiful Garden and of course the Oscar( well organised restaurant u staff and management.

Positive: Lovely property, there was a wedding on but you couldn’t hear anything from the rooms we were in. Lovely and clean and friendly staff

Positive: Very nice building - room was lovely and the food was good.

Negative: Very loud as they have weddings most the time here. Staff were so unbelievably rude. Receptionist who checked us in was horrible and the man who answered the phone in the evening was also very rude. Though the staff who brought the food to our room were nice.
