Positive: This B&B is a bit magical. The owner, Jenny, lives in a beautiful old wisteria-covered house set in lovely grounds (including a lake and gardens). I had a huge and very comfortable room, more of a suite really, with gorgeous views of the Merevale Estate. Jenny is lovely, and was kind enough to make me a full cooked breakfast at 7 am. I was travelling for work, but this stay was a total pleasure!

Negative: I personally like firm mattresses, and the one in my room was quite soft - but that’s just personal preference.

A genuine warmth & welcome from her sets the tone of the stay & is a lasting memory that leaves with you as you travel onwards., that along with her fantastic full English that is.

Positive: Very quiet property so excellent for a good nights sleep. The room was huge and comfortable. Lovely welcoming host who was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely.

Negative: Very dark on a night due to location and no street lights etc so perhaps would take a torch next time if staying when it gets dark early. But the peace and quiet makes up for it!
