Positive: This is a fantastic place to stay - a beautiful property in a stunning location. We went to three restaurants within walking distance and all were great. There are lots of walking/running trails right from the property and David and Sarah were perfect hosts. The breakfast is particularly good! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and definitely hope to return!

Positive: Not only is the scenery stunning, everything is so well curated and intentional from the decor to Sarah’s handmade breakfasts that I miss already. Sarah and David have done an incredible job making this such a special place to relax and unwind.
Negative: I wouldn’t say town is walking distance unless you are willing to hike.

Positive: This place was surreal—everything you could ever dream of in a countryside village. The homemade wine is excellent and very reasonably priced. Both owners are incredibly kind and took great care of the guests. We really enjoyed their company, and the hostess made some beautifully prepared Western-style dishes. The entire villa is stunningly aesthetic, and we absolutely love Ruby—the very handsome dog. The location is also fantastic; we took a 20-minute hike up to a nearby village in the mountains. The view was stunning and there were no other tourists. It was definitely the highlight of my whole Tuscany trip. The owner also helped us book a wine tour in the Village. The host there was really sweet as well, and we had a wonderful time. At night, everything becomes so peaceful, and you can hear the church bells ringing from the village up in the mountains. We would love to come back again.

Positive: We had the most incredible stay. An absolutely beautiful location set on stunning grounds with amazing views. The room was perfectly cosy and immaculately kept. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay so special with extra little touches. I would highly recommend and we will hopefully return soon.

Positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly and goes out of their way to extend their hospitality. The property is in a very nice secluded area for genuine tranquil times. Waking up to bird calls and wonderful breakfast is a nice experience too. It is so relaxing, one really doesn't want to leave the property except for some quick nearby visits like to Montepulciano. In short, it's a great getaway from all worries in life and I will definitely come again on my next visit to Italy.

Positive: Absolutely stunning. Wonderfully peaceful. Hosts/Owners are top class! If you’re familiar with this particular region of Tuscany it will be very hard to beat this whole experience. Surrounded by a few of the most charming old cities, Abbadia is a gem. I’m so glad I found it and will definitely be back.
