Summary: I find the staff extra friendly Specially the check in staff .... I got all my questions answered even from the non english speaking staff. Summary: Great hotel located next to Lake Abant. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great place to take the family and enjoy the outdoors together. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Spa was nice. Gym was a little weak, but who cares when you can hike and run around the lake. Plenty of food options at the hotel or around the lake. The only (very) slight issue might be the lack of an English speaking staff, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this famous hotel.

Summary: A nice place to spend the weekend at away from the city. It's location is great. Though the room was smaller than expected, it was clean with a nice view. In the evening it was a little bit cold si we had to keep the window closed. Yet, it would've been nicer if there was a fan in the room since there is no AC. Food was delicious but not extraordinary. Though it is indeed a nice hotel, but I don't think it reaches standards of 5 stars hotels.
