Positive: Great location and very good facilities, lovely and warm… we had to pay £20 each dog but both of them received a treat welcome pack which was a nice touch! The property was easy to access thanks to the brilliant staff. Although we were right by a main road it was silent so perfect for a good nights sleep after a day of walking!

Negative: Some of the towels and bedsheets had stains on them so that wasn’t particularly nice.

Negative: Lounge extremely dark. Great place for adults or teens. OAPs or very young children, wouldn't be safe due to steep staircases

Positive: Excellent location with parking. Cottage was big enough for our family and everything you need for a wonderful stay at the Keswick.

Negative: Very small things if being picky Could do with a full length mirror for the ladies and a small heater in ensuite at the top of the house .

Positive: The location was excellent as was the service from Keswick Cottages. The balcony was amazing with great views of Skiddaw. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refurbished and well equipped.

Negative: As a cottage for 5 people an additional shower in the main bedroom would be of benefit.

Summary: Excellent stay, in central accommodation, provided by excellent staff.

Positive: Excellent location in the city centre. Beautiful view from top balcony to the the mountains. Cosy bedrooms and good organised rooms. Well prepared kitchen and new bathroom with towels. Lovely bedroom in the loft too with view and balcony only one around the area.
