Positive: Staff were very polite and good , location is next to ring road and perfect to entry and exit

Negative: Exhaust in bathroom was not working made the whole room stinking . When I complained about it they said none off the exhaust in while hotel is working and asked keep bathroom door open so that AC in room suck it . Since it’s a centralised AC whole room was stinking and made our 3 day stay very inconvenient. As soon as we return we need to wait outside for 15 mins after switch on AC so that room get air circulation

Positive: Arya Mansion hotel is very good. Hospitality, food evwrything is good. Even breakfast was also nice and tasty. Manager Mr. Vasanth Shetty and his team is realy nice and polite to all customers. We realy enjoyed our stay and will surely recommend this hotel for stay at Hassan.

Negative: Cleanliness. Hospitality and every thing.

Positive: The room is quite spacious and the staff was good.

Negative: There was no hot water in the bathroom. Had reported it, but they said it's available. However, it was quite cold water. The room charges are too high.
