Positive: Boat location is great, staff is very friendly. Very generous policies for checkout and very personal touch by staff. Rapid solution to problems.

Negative: Bathroom shower water barrier in the room was rotten and would leak water from the shower into the room. This meant that the room floor was actually wet after a shower, all the way to the beds and close to the electric sockets. We eventually put down a towel to soak up some water. Room had no toilet paper or soap: this was rapidly solved after a call. Sink does not come with soap, you have to get it from the shower. Towels came with some spots and hair on them. Coffee machine has no drip tray, meaning it leaks into the furniture and onto the mini fridge.

Summary: A great concept with friendly staff, marred by a near complete lack of preparation of the room. Pote

Positive: this is my second experience in this kind of hotel İ definitely like the originality of the hotel nice and quite location, very clean, friendly and helpfull staff dining experience was awesome

Negative: a little difficult to access the restaurant and rooms area due to steep stairs, especially with luggages not suitable for elderly persons

Positive: - A very nice, peaceful location overlooking the River Waal - Plenty of free parking - Comfortable bed - On-site restaurant with lots of outdoor seating on the deck - Great food and wine on offer - Lots of natural light in the room due to having two windows - Great level of cleanliness - Nice walking routes from the boat - Very friendly staff - Good breakfast offerings - A stunning panoramic view of sunrise and sunset
