Positive: Very clean. Lots of space - roomy. Convenient to different venues (museum, wineries).

Negative: Dining room chairs were uncomfortable (saggy) and there was a nail sticking up from a floor board between the living room and dining room. Plus, it seemed unusual we had to wash, dry and put away dishware vs. putting them in the dishwasher and starting it.

Positive: House is located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Close to main street out of town. Everything was clean with plenty of linens, towels and even toiletries! There are smart TVs in each room, a huge kitchen, spacious back yard and lots of places to lounge and hang out. A nice touch is the gas fire place, which is easy to turn on and off, as well as A/C and heat throughout the home. Trash bins convenient outside and a full garage also available. The owner was very responsive to emails/texts and was enjoyable and easy to work with. Whenever we are back in the area, we will be calling Fred again!

Negative: The shower faucet is the main bath upstairs was a bit loose, but other than that, no complaints at all! We had a very nice stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely be back.
