This 4 Bedroom 3 Bath beach house is situated in North Litchfield and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach house boasts a spacious living room with a large plush corner couch, fireplace, and flatscreen tv – perfect for resting up after a long day on the beach, golfing or shopping around town. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room with french doors to the large outdoor deck.

A Someplace Special requires a minimum of 3-Night stays all year long with a max Occupancy of 10 people.
Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking

Summary: This property was within walking distance to the beach which was wonderful. Access to litchfield by the Sea was wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is the lack of pillows, blankets, hair dryer and soap. Extra blankets would have been appreciated along with pillows. Other than that it was very nice
