This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, which makes it a nice hideaway within walking distance or a short drive of all that Port Orange / Daytona Beach has to offer. Upon entry, you'll have a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. We have several local restaurant options within a 5–10-minute walk and more via short 5-minute car ride. Groceries, Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, are also a short 5-minute drive away. We provide beach towels, some sand toys, and a wagon to make your beach time fun and easier. Plus, to ensure your entertainment needs are met, we offer streaming services, and for your convenience, there's free parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Summary: The house, location, size, amenities, privacy, and quiet neighborhood was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, glassware, dishes - everything. The floor plan was wonderful providing a large open living, kitchen & dining rooms. The bedrooms were comfortable sleeping & loved the primary being seperated frpm bedroom 2 & 3. Georgous bathroom. Highly recomend this home!

Summary: We stayed for 8 days. Location is great. Close to grocery store, walmart. Etc, great eateries, an restaurants. House was nice, roomy, very clean. Well stocked for your stay, Highly recommend. We will be staying again

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. Ray’s home is exactly as advertised and was exactly what we were looking for. His home is beautifully maintained and sits in a nice quiet neighborhood and on a cul de sac so no excess road traffic. Ray was very attentive and responsive. We look forward to many future bookings with him.

Summary: This house is beautiful. It has 3 bedrooms, is located in a quiet neighborhood, and was the perfect fit for me, my wife, and 3 adult kids. The house is about 20 minutes from the Daytona beach pier and about an hour from Orlando. Our hosts were gracious and communication was very good. Thank you!

Summary: Didn’t like the couch, master bedroom didn’t have much furnishings, change into night clothes had to lay things on the floor. Does have a moldy smell.
