Summary: Besides the Spa personelle which was super friendly and forthcoming the rest of the personelle had no clue, whether it was about the surrounding area like how to get ski tickets and how to move around the different towns etc. nor about hotel details. Additionally, they charge you a day spa ticket extra if you want to use the spa at your check out day.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!

Summary: This was an amazing stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel! Everything was perfect - the room is beautiful and spacious, the facilities are great, staff members are so welcoming and helpful, the area and views from the balcony were breathtaking and the food is delicious. At night there was a piano player which was joyful.
