Summary: We had a great experience here. The host was very communicative. It is a cozy space with washer/dryer and a kitchen. We had everything we needed. The property is facing the highway, which is not visible in the picture. This did not bother us, though, as we couldn't hear the traffic once inside.

Summary: This house was perfect for me and my partner for our 3 day stay in Miami. It was very clean and had everything we might have needed and more! The security was great and all check in and check out instructions were clear. The host corrected any mishaps immediately and went out of their way to right any wrongs even if it wasn’t in their control. I would recommend this host and house to anyone wanting a safe and cozy place to stay in Miami!

Summary: I needed a place to stay near UHealth while a family member was recovering from surgery. This location is just a short drive from the health district, Wynwood and River Landing. The unit was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Communications with the owner were friendly and she was very responsive to all my inquiries.

Summary: We had an amazing experience staying at Perry’s place. The owner and caretaker are very responsive and will provide anything that you need. It is close to Wynwood which have lots of restaurants and places to see. about 15-20 minutes away from south beach and southpoint park. I recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in Miami.

Summary: This property was excellent all the way around. The owner clearly communicated checkin procedures. There was a host to greet us once we got there! The location was perfect for our stay in Miami. The neighborhood was cute and plenty of restaurants nearby. There was plenty of hot water, clean towels, and bedding. As promised, there were comfortable blowup mattresses for the kids. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we could have needed.
