Positive: Great view, good communication with the owner. On site washer & dryer.

Negative: Shower head mounts need to be replaced. Shower drain backs up water. Beds are uncomfortable. Loft has no A/C and gets hot.

Positive: The view was amazing. Close to town. We were there during June which caused many restraints to have irregular hours and it was hard to get reservations. Loved the size and privacy of the property. Ned was comfy and it was spacious. Kitchen stocked well. Bedrooms were downstairs so views are from main floor with kitchen and living room.

Negative: Shower heads were not able to be mounted on wall. Mounts were too high to accommodate the hose type shower head. Not a huge deal but fixable

Positive: What an incredible house! Beautiful property with the most stunning views we've had from any accommodation ever. Spotless home, decorated beautifully and in a great setting. A real home from home and a really responsive, Fri owner. We wish we could have stayed longer. Check out the barbecue area just below the house too - just fabulous.

Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Exceptional property sitting on a miradouro overlooking Santa Cruz das Flores. There is a second holiday home on the same ground but I was here alone. The garden is incredibly beautiful and the house is very well equipped with everything.

Negative: A lot of light bulbs were either missing or broken - that was the only negative thing I could witness.

Positive: Definitely the best house you could book on Flores island! The views are amazing. The house is fully equipped, you even get your bathrobes. It feels like home with nice furniture and accessories that aren't just the cheap stuff people put in rental appartments. The host surprised us with candles and a bottle of sparkling wine so that we could have a romantic evening for our honeymoon, amazing. We also appreciated the tips about the restaurants and activities on the island. The garden is huuuge. Althought the airport is just below the hill, the planes land/take off so quickly that you barely notice them.

Negative: Lots of stairs: that didn't bother us, but might be a problem for children or elderly. I wish the pillows were softer, but that's just my preference. As it's the only house on the top of a hill, it can get very windy.

Summary: Excellent!
