You will meet me or maid while the hosts are conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay,Thailand and many other Chinese dialects like Cantonese, Hokkien,Hakka etc.
Guests privacy is fully assured but if there are requests for information on the surrounding food & shopping or even tourist attractions, we will be most happy to accommodate all these request over a cup of coffee & we will offer our most extreme help to ensure our guest have a comfortable stay with us likes a family even it for 1 night or 2 nights or even longer.
We will be in attendance. There will be no stay in owners except for our guests. We will provide utmost assistance & information to our guests on any request or help that is necessary.

Summary: Alvin's hospitality was remarkable. We arrived early and he arranged accomodation accordingly. The apartment was clean n well kept. Ive been spending the last three years new year in kl and so far this is the best host ive met. Reachable at all times thru whatsapp. We were a family of 9 ( 6 adults 3 kids). The apartment was reasonably priced. Friendly host who were ready to help when needed so thanks alot alvin for a great experience. Cheers. 

Summary: We are a group of 9 persons family including 3 children and are lucky to have chance staying at Alvin house for my sister convocation in MAEPS. The house condition is exactly just like the photo show in the website. There are even two extra single bed mattress in the house.The location of the house might be a bit far from KL or Damansara but it is just right for us because we need to frequently visit MAEPS & Cheras. My family very happy to stay here. Alvin is very helpful, he even suggest us where to eat and place to take photo. If you are driving a car, the parking lot location is great too. Although the external part of the house building seems a little bit old, but that's fine, cause the internal of the house is clean and nice. Tips for next traveler: For any one who stay here, we would recommend you to have your meal at Kuchai Lama, there are a lot of nice food there. If you are planning to have a celebration and looknig for a good Chinese restaurant, Golden Sun restaurant will be a great place for you to go. (Thanks to Alvin recommend us going there) Tips for the host: 1. Suggest to improve the curtain of smallest room to fully cover the light from corridor. 2. Suggest to have Jug to keep cold water.

Summary: The listing is accurate and the host was quick and helpful with communication. It was clean and well equipped. Toilet cleanliness, Bed, Blankets, all was good during our stay. Found 42” Panasonic LED TV, Electrolux Aircond, Electrolux water heater, Electrolux fridge, washing machine working with no issues. Wi-Fi connection strong and fast. Walking distance 15 minute to TBS station connected with Rapid KL LRT , KLIA transit, KTM. Remember prepare your umbrella under hot sun. With this budget price it is definitely money for value. It's highly recommended to stay here if you come to visit Kuala Lumpur. Overall i rating 9/10.
