It has two full levels: level one includes the foyer, bedroom, and bath; level two is the great room, which runs the entire width of the unit and comprises the living room, dining room, full kitchen, and full-length lanai. The great room has soaring vaulted, wooden beamed ceilings and ceiling fans in both the living and dining rooms. The lanai has two beautiful teak dining tables and seating for four.

Summary: We had a great stay. This is the first time we have stayed outside of Kona. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. We enjoyed our moring walk on Black Sand Beach watching the turtles play in the surf and lay in the sun. The grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were nice. I would recommend staying here.
