Summary: Perfect getaway!!! The property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clean and seemed brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were really well done and had everything you need. Upstairs there are two sleeping areas to chose from and a large table for games or puzzles. The view of the river was fantastic. I really enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the river and relaxing by the fire pit The owner, Eddie, stopped by and started a fire for me in the evenings. It was a perfect weekend getaway from DC life!

Summary: We had the most incredible stay!! The house was the cleanest rental property we’ve ever stayed in and the setting was beautiful. I actually used the patio to propose to my now fiancé and Dana & Eddie were so accommodating and welcoming. We will 100% be back.

Summary: I can’t say enough about our rental experience! We were looking for a relaxing escape, and this property was that and so much more! The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive. The property was clean, new, and comfortable. The riverside patio area was serene and beautiful. We highly recommend!

Summary: Clean and beautiful! New cabin had everything we could have wanted! The surrounding grounds were very well kept and had a well thought out plan! This place was created with their guests in mind. The built in waterfall and outdoor space was over the top!!! Home away from home without the stress. What a blessing! We are so thankful for such an amazing time!!!

Summary: My husband and I visited VA to attend Parents Weekend at JMU, where our daughter is a freshman. The cottage was adorable and made for such a comfortable stay only 30 minutes away. It has every amenity you could want, beautifully appointed. The owner, Eddie, lives with his wife at a house also on the property, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The views from the cottage are breathtaking. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the patio and view, but it was a busy weekend. We will definitely be returning - and will schedule in more time to just enjoy the property!!
