Summary: We loved this property and had such a great time with our daughter. The beach was perfect for her to play in the sand and having the kayak/ paddle boards available were such a fun addition. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend and plan on coming back :)

Summary: The place was as described in the listing and photos including the river view. It was fully furnished, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The enclosed sun patio was bright and comfortable even on a rainy day. The host made the check-in easy and was responsive to questions. The place was indeed a little gem.

Summary: The place sits in a quiet neighborhood right on the water with a cute patio nice yard and little beach. Was too cold for water activity but great for watching wildlife having a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Close to town. Has everything you need. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: My husband, Mom and daughter stayed here as it is close to the Coastguard Academy. They had a wonderful time, the setting was perfect and everything was clean. If they had one negative it was that they couldn't work the TV!!! Would stay here again.

Summary: This was a nice place to spend a week. It’s right on the water and the house itself if cute and comfortable. The check in was a bit tricky but I think that was more Vrbo issue. However the host was very available and nice. I left and item and she was super accommodating in assisting me to retrieve it. Definitely would stay again!
