A perfect place for relaxation is a typical Corfiot style house in a very quiet rural and relaxed location. A perfect place for relaxation and recharging your batteries
The house is situated in the area between Messonghi and Boukari south of Corfu, Greece. The house can sleep 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large Kitchen and Living room. One bedroom has 2 single beds which could become one and the other bedroom has a double bed . The house is completely equipped. Linens are provided .
The area close to the house is ideal for those who are looking for relaxing holidays for families with children as well as for couples.. The balcony of the house is very big with sea view and there you can relax or enjoy your dinner. There is plenty of space around the house with huge olive trees , lemon trees and orange trees, nature at its best. Parking is available free of charge.
The house is 24km away from the Corfu airport / port and 150metres from the sea. The nearest village (Messonghi ) is 2.7km away with everything you need (super markets , bars ,restaurants, Bus Stop ,organised beach with a variety of water sports, Pharmacy, Medical Doctors etc. The nearest tavernas are approx. 600metres close to Boukari with traditional Greek environment and food . As the house is located in a countryside/rural area to rent a car is strongly suggested for your transportation
All of the good beaches of the island is very close to the house.

Summary: We were staying 10 days in Spyros place and really enjoyed our time. The house is nicely secluded from any corfian tourist spot and the view from the terrace is simply gorgeous! We also liked the senseful and well-functioning amenities, like the air condition and the mosquito-nets attached to every window. Spyros is a superb hosts who really takes care of this great place and looks after his guests. Strongly recommended!

Summary: A secluded vila, well kept and well equipped, surrounded by olive trees. The beach is about 10 minutes walk down the hill - ask the host about the closest hidden beach, where one can enjoy a quiet swimming. The host is kind and most helpful, we had a lovely vacation there.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Spyros´s house! Thank you for that!! On our arrival we had a warm welcome with some delicious biscuits and fruits. The house is located in a quiet area with sea view in the south of central Corfu and it is completely equipped, clean and air conditioned, so we missed nothing. The contact with Spyros was absolutely uncomplicated and very heartly. He gave us a lot of hints for our trips, so we discovered wonderful places (e.g. Paleokastritsa, Gardenos Beach and Boukari fish restaurant). We would like to come back some time. Thanks again Spyros!!

Summary: We had a great time on this house. Spyros the host was very nice and friendly. Very welcoming and full of great advice! Planning on having a car is a good idea as the house is up in the mountain with a steep climb and the best beaches are a (very) short drive away. In the evening, the house is a quiet haven with all facilities. We were a couple with two kids and were very glad we chose Spyros's house! Highly recommended.

Summary: This lovely property is nestled in a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees. A fantastic place to relax, the balcony has a lovely sea view (the sea is only a few hundred metres away) and provides a great opportunity to get away from it all. The house has everything you need and is ideally situated with some fantastic tavernas nearby and ideally located to explore the rest of Corfu. Spyros, the owner, is an amazing and friendly host - I would recommend staying here!
