Positive: We had a little trouble finding the way in but the family was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and there were no disturbances with the other guests. We were able to take the TTC downtown with no issues as well.

Negative: I kept forgetting to bring my towel to the washroom to dry my hands but that was a problem I created.

Summary: Absolutely perfect for a stay in the Toronto area.

Positive: Cleanliness, nice spot. The bed was also very comfortable. They even had small snacks for me.

Negative: Nothing really! The bathroom could be renovated some day but for the price this is perfect!

Positive: We arrived late evening on the arrival day and had to leave early the next morning. It was a very basic room that was clean and comfortable, and all that we needed.

Negative: Appreciated that owners strongly reinforced quiet hours with signs and by text message. We were, but next door guests not so much. OK because we are heavy sleepers and had to be up early. No need to complain.

Summary: It was comfortable, clean, a great location for us for an early morning appt at Sunnybrook Hosp.
