Summary: Our hosts were very kind and helpful with info on local areas. The beds were super comfortable, which is not always the case with some VRBOs. Amenities were all there as needed...and it had a great shower. It was quiet and was perfect for a writers' weekend get away. Our book is nearly complete now!

Summary: Yvonne and Jim are some of the friendliest, most accommodating hosts that I’ve had. The Roost is a quaint home away from home. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Even though the Roost is upstairs in their home, we had so much privacy, didn’t see them except for the first and last day, it was a space to ourselves. We will be staying again!

Summary: The owners were great and very helpful with reviews of local things to do. It’s a perfect location for lookout mountain, Chattanooga downtown and plenty of hiking trails all around. The rooms we stayed in were nice and clean. Very cozy. I would stay here again on our next visit to the area. 5 Stars easily.
