Summary: Good location for Matock and surrounding area.Lovely and clean and excellent size with good facilities - great to have parking. Lovely size rooms and very comfy beds, with lovely fresh towels and linen.Good communication with owner and very welcome treats and essentials such as milk, bread, butter and wine ! Lovely suprise and very thoughtful so we could have a cuppa on our arrival.Location is ok - residential and mix of residents and other housing on the estate. 2 shops very close and easy walk to vibrant matlock. Did us just fine for a weekend or even long weekend while we visited friends. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you

Summary: Moving in we found a lot of little surprises like wine, bread and selfmade marmelade etc. Everthing was clean and cosy. We felt welcome and had a wonderful stay.

Summary: The property is very well equipped and looked after. It was very clean and everything had been thought of and provided. There was food and drink to welcome us which was very generous and much appreciated. We hope to stay again in the future. There is an enclosed rear and front to the property which was good for our dog. There is quite a high drop in the rear garden so I kept our dog on his lead as a precaution. All in all, highly recommended. Many thanks

Summary: This was a perfect base to explore the surrounding area from.The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need, and the owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had . There were some welcome goodies on arrival which were very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property.
