Storytellers Lodge is located in Pine Valley, Utah. Our lodge and casita include a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. 1 Master Suite, 4 mini suites with full baths, 2 more bedrooms and 3 bunk rooms - beds for 30 people - in addition to portable cribs and air mattresses. Large bedrooms and loft areas means there is room to spread out.
Amenities include 8.5 bathrooms, fully equipped double island kitchen, a truly Great Room all can gather in, a Game Room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, arcade games and more. Three sets of washers and dryers. Plenty of parking, but don't get in the way of the basketball hoop. Over 10,000 square feet of grass area ideal for picnics, lawn games, and stargazing. The outdoor amphitheater is a great place to showcase family talents on a warm summer night. Large outside decks mean you can just sit and stare at the mountains and valley. A small library is a quiet place for one-on-one conversations.
All the bedrooms and bathrooms are ready for your stay. Plenty of linens and blankets, soaps and shampoos, even hair dryers. Detergents are supplied with the three sets of washers and dryers. In the kitchen are two dishwashers, a large Sub-Zero refrigerator with another refrigerator for storage on the lower level, a six burner gas stove, double ovens, 2 sinks, microwave and more.

Summary: This was our second time renting the property. All in all we had a great time and would likely rent it again. There were 30 of us and everyone was accommodated comfortably. There was plenty of room for eating meals for our large group. Kitchen appliances and accessories met all our needs, as did the large gas grill on the lower patio. We loved the grassy area for games and activities, and the huge decks were perfect for games and relaxation ( very nice view of the valley). The host, Makeli, was excellent to work with. We had one check in issue and one building mechanical issue that he worked quickly to resolve with very positive outcome. The Story Tellers Lodge is a fine facility. Thank you Makeli.

Summary: The home, property, and area were absolutely perfect for our family reunion. 18 of us, ages 1-93, had enough space indoors and out to not feel we had to venture anywhere outside the premises. The boys did go fishing a few times at the nearby reservoir, we took short walks, and set up yard games which we all could enjoy. Communication with the owner was easy and respectful. We always pack so many extras, but this property really had most of what we needed; sharp knives, large pots and pans, and trash bags. A fabulous choice and beautiful location for family photos as well. Lastly, the home was very clean, the well water was tasty, and there were 2 large refrigerators and 1 drink fridge.. we couldn’t have asked for more!

Summary: We have a large family and were thrilled to find this location to host a reunion. The weather was pleasant for July and the rooms were ideal for our group. We had all age groups represented. We had young families with babies able to stay upstairs, a main floor room for grandma and grandpa and teens hanging out in the basement with plenty to occupy them. We had organized activities on the lawn and plenty of space in the kitchen and on the deck to spread out during mealtime. The kitchen was well equipped and the great room perfect for visiting. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return again next year!

Summary: Roomy, well furnished with entertainment and games, and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. Large enough outside areas for frisbee and night games. We did some hiking along the River Parkway. well worth the visit. Loved the Pine Valley Ward on Sunday.
