The spacious bathroom includes a double walk-in shower and deep soaking bath. While conveniently located on a main road the home is set well back from the street creating a surprisingly private and peaceful retreat, though some ambient road noise may occasionally be present.

A separate dwelling on the property has its own fenced area and private access, the owners may occasionally stay there and the driveway may be shared at those times.
