The space
Our unit is located in a beautiful residential friendly neighborhood, outfitted with all the essentials you need to feel right at home. Come and enjoy your stay our comfortable and convenient cottage.
Guest access
Guest will enter through the front of the property and also the back of the property. Front door entry, up the few steps on the front porch and thru the door to the right of the front entry. As well as down the driveway and up the stairs in the back. Through the first door and second door with keyless pad. An access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

When guest arrive you have the option to park in the driveway or on street parking. Please be mindful if you do decide to park in the driveway that there are other guests staying on the property as well, please do not blocked them in.
Other things to note
All guest who book must be 21 years of age. Guest who are under age will have to go through approval process via verification.

For stays over 7 days , an additional cleaning fee is required.

Quiet Hours: Weekdays are from 10pm-8am and weekends from 11pm-8am. There will be a fee for any inconvenience any guest who break the rules to ensure all guest have a quiet and comfortable stay.

There are security camera around the property for safety measures.
