Summary: A modern self contained flat within a larger property which had all the modern conveniences within, including a thoughtful welcome pack. Located close to the town centre. Easy check in and out with friendly hosts and reasonably priced. Immaculately clean 😀

Summary: We really enjoyed this holiday. The flat is within easy walking distance of Brixham harbour, it is light and airy and has all the equipment you would ever require. The owners are very friendly and are prepared to put themselves out to ensure you enjoy your holiday. I would definitely recommend this flat.

Summary: perfect location very clean welcome pack on arrival ! parking on site bus stop near property we left car and travelled everywhere on bus with a £18 weekly day rider ticket there is Wetherspoons 8 minute walk from the property as is the town ! we had a very enjoyable break ! if you haven't been to Brixham before you wont be disappointed .

Summary: Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the center. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom is nice and big, nice shower. The owners are so welcoming, we had a great week there.

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay, comfortable and fully equipped. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, about a ten minute walk to the harbour, with plenty of buses from nearby stops, with a Sainsbury’s Local a short walk away.
