Breathtaking, ocean views. Private beach access just steps away from San Simeon Beach, where your dog is welcome to run and play in the surf for miles. Fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves, and the scent of fresh salt air. The great room has a electric fireplace, a flat screen TV with Direct TV, Wifi access, and a DVD player. Just outside on the deck, you’ll find the propane BBQ. Visit Cambria’s Farmer’s Market on Friday, and bring home your bounty to prepare in the thoughtfully appointed kitchen. There are two queen bedrooms, and a separate full bath for each one. The master’s bath is ‘en suite'. Miles of walking trails just outside of your front door. Walk to the town of San Simeon to visit restaurants and shops. The Elephant Seal Sanctuary, the Hearst Castle, Wm. Randolf Hearst State Beach, and Cambria are all a short drive away. Summary: Wonderful location. Peaceful with beautiful views of the ocean. We had the whole beach to ourselves. A quick drive to Cambria for great restaurants. Plenty of room to relax in the house. House was clean and well appointed with amenities.

Summary: The condo is in a very nice location. It is attached to a second condo, but that was not a problem at all. This was the 2nd property in from the beach. Part of the view is obstructed by a two-story rental, but there is plenty of open space to see the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the basics we needed. My only slight complaint is that the management company does not reply to my message via the VRBO app. However, if you call, they do answer. My adult son and I had a very relaxing time there. We were glad to be able to bring our dog with us as well.

If you want a quiet getaway, then this place is for you. Very tranquil. A beautiful little beach just steps from the house. This property is one on the few on this street with a stairs to the beach. The house itself is really cute and dog-friendly. The property has a nice binder with all sorts of information (how to use appliances, how to turn on TV, and which local attractions are dog-friendly) The check-in, check-out process was so easy. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous last-minute booking with two dogs in tow - exactly what we needed to recharge. We booked on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday. Loved the proximity to hikes along the bluffs and direct beach access, along with killer sunset views. Convenient to Hearst Castle, WR Hearst state beach - for chilly but beautiful swimming. Close to Cambria for great food. Condo was comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is the 4th time that we have stayed at this property, spread over several years. Location is perfect, whether we want to walk the few steps to the beach, drive into Paso Robles for wine tasting, or visit Cambria just down the road. It's not fancy, but it is well maintained and very nice. Love that we can bring the dog, and they even provide separate dog towels and their is a small hose on the side of the house for post-beach dog activities.
