Positive: The house was clean. Mario is very friendly.

Negative: Breakfast is just packaged croissants, a couple of boxed juices and coffee. Also, the hot water is spotty. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. The walls are very thin too. It’s an apartment that he split into two rentals. We could hear the neighbors. Also the train passes very close so it shakes the house.

Summary: Good value, clean place, just have reasonable expectations.

Positive: Mario was lovely and accommodating, the double beds were comfortable, the snacks and extra linen was appreciated.

Negative: The sofa bed was inadequate sleeping. I would not recommend this place if you need 3 beds.
