Positive: We loved everything about our stay, from the excellent communication down to the last detail. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the BBQ and pool just took it to another level! Just wonderful!

Negative: The only we really didn't like was having to leave this little piece of heaven.

Positive: The house is amazing and has everything you need for a great stay with friends or family. In reality it looks even better than in the pictures. Located in a calm area, but just 10 min away from the city/supermarkets. The place was super clean, well equipped, with great areas to chill, play board games, cook a BBQ, and many more.

Positive: The house is spacious and comfortable, it has all equipment necessary and everything is indeed well thought so this place is perfect for longer stays with family. It is actually a luxury house that was visibly constructed a while back but still absolutely amazing. Its great that we could been there with a dog too! Surrounding areas are very green and pleasant. We will be back for sure! Thanks a lot!

Positive: The house is bigger and better than the photos. The big living room was our favorite place to hang out with lots of light and windows to the swimming pool. The outside area was a little green heaven, entirely fenced (great for whom brings pets), it had BBQ facilities, hammock beds, sun loungers, and the pool that was sun bathed the entire day (unfortunately due to the weather being cold we were unable to enjoy it). The house is somewhat isolated and car is needed, however in about 10mins one reaches the city of Tomar which has everything. For those who plan longer stays the kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher and laundry machine. The house owner Elizete was always available and quickly responded to any of our questions, also gave us a lot of information to help improving our stay.

Negative: The third room was in the basement. There are stairs to reach the rooms from the main corridor (example: there are 3 stairs in the access to the living room), for those with little kids or crawling babies it is necessary to be extra attentive.

Negative: The glass cooker hood is lethal! At head height so many accidents! Some kitchen basics missing....measuring jug, colander. There should be a folder of information in a prominent place...eg lounge table We had to phone the owner with problems and the language barrier was difficult. As far as I could see the was no information about the surrounding area which would have been very helpful. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms.

Summary: On the whole enjoyable but could be improved with above extras.

Positive: Location was perfect. Very quiet but quick and easy to get to shops and motorway. Excellently equipped kitchen, with everything and more.

Negative: There were no written instructions of how anything worked so we had to ring the agent or work it out for ourselves.

Positive: The whole property is very good, excellent swimming pool and the whole outdoor area is also very good and completely fenced where my dogs can run freely, there is also a barbecue, in the house, the kitchen is fully equipped, one of the best kitchens I have had on holidays , the living room is very large and very well decorated, rooms with very comfortable beds and the house has 3 bathrooms ,also the house it’s very clean , we liked everything, congratulations to Elizete who was always available for everything we needed. Perfect.

Negative: We thought that if this house had air conditioning and mosquito nets it would be a big improvement since the air temperature reached 44 degrees and because it has a garden with many trees and bushes and close to the forest there are many mosquitoes. So the two things we didn't like very much was the heat that was too hot which of course is not Elizete's fault, and the mosquito bites we had.
