Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath non-smoking guesthouse is located in back of our main house property on a quiet,peaceful street.
Serene comfortable hideaway near Atlanta airport.
Plenty of private parking and safe access to guesthouse fully fenced.
Super Comfortable & cozy. House includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove & coffee maker. Includes, Wi-fi, Netflix/ Prime/ firestick, hammock & year round fire pit. Access to huge 33,000 gallon salt water pool opened from May - October
The space
Very tranquil quiet area to sit outside in front of guest house and connect with nature. Enjoy the private fenced yard from neighbors to sunbathing in big lounge chairs next to pool or relaxing swinging in hammock. Enjoy a campfire at the fire pit. Perfect 9' foot pool with diving board that's always clean, If you don't want to swim or not comfortable with deep end, go to shallow end (3' feet) to just float around the pool on provided pool floats chairs. *Pool is not heated.
Great location close to parks, lakes, and trails. Great getaway from the city without being far from the city.
Pool/Property was used by TLC Network to film a episode of popular reality show in 2021*

Our home, Balcony attached to our home, shed in back and all other areas are off limits to guest

Summary: The title of this email does not he hold a torch to how amazing this VRBO was. My fiancé, myself and my daughter (9) had the greatest time. I contacted Sandra (host) who answered by the second ring every time, she answered any text within seconds. I forgot charcoal from the store for the grill provided and upon my arrival charcoal and lighter fluid were sitting outside. The first night a noticed a small bit of water on the floor and determined that the hose at the rear of the fridge was leaking. To make sure this problem didn’t get worse for Sandra I turned off the connection and notified her. This had zero impact on the stay. We woke up the next morning and there was a $20 Pizza Hut gift card taped to the door thanking me. The property is gorgeous, the pool was immaculate and you could not keep us out of it. Sandra had lights on in the pool area at night that allowed for night swims with the family. The privacy was amazing with large trees on the entire back of the home to make you forget you are even in a subdivision. It was close to everything. The inside of the cottage was the cleanest I have ever stayed. I could keep typing, but to say the least WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!! Thank you Sandra.
