Vinaria Litoa is a luxury villa, designed and decorated to an excellent standard. It is situated on the coastline of Ammes Beach and is set in spacious grounds with stunning views across the Ionian Sea . The garden has its own vineyard which has a gated entrance to the peaceful and idyllic shoreline of Ammes beach. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a spacious lower ground floor offering extra sleeping room. It is equipped to the highest standard, fully fitted modern kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridg/freezer. The kitchen leads out onto the large seating and dining area, which is situated alongside the luxurious swimming pool. The lower ground floor has an internal designer bbq and eating area with sleeping space and bathroom. It's 10 minutes walk away from local mini markets and tavernas and is close to the airport. To make your holiday extra special we can offer the services of our personal chef, enjoy watching her cook or relax around the pool while she prepares your meals. Villa Vinaria Litoa is set in an idyllic position, the garden has 2 levels, the first level is a lawned area, ideal for relaxing while soaking up the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The lower level is a vinyard which leads to the gated entrance and the beautiful, peaceful shoreline of Ammes beach, where you can dip your toes or dive into the warm clear azure blue Ionian Sea. The villa is very close to the airport which means you don't have far to drive when you arrive after your long and tiring journey.
The villa is furnished to a very high standad and a lot of thought, care and consideration has been put into both the house design and the furnishings to make your holiday a wonderful experience. The ground floor has a well designed living area with tv, dvd, cd player, with traditional features such as a fireplace. The villa also has free internet access. The main kitchen is on this floor which is equipped to the highest standard. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one single and one double both located next to the beautifully designed main bathroom. The lower ground area boasts a magnificent bbq and pizza oven with a spacious seating area that leads out onto the poolside area, it's somewhere peaceful to relax while cooling off from the midday sun. The lower ground floor also has a second bathroom and kitchen area. The house has been designed with first class finishes, the traditional wooden shutters and unique staircase give the villa that individual luxurious feel along with the modern and luxurious furnishings.
A car is recommended so that you can make the most of seeing the beautiful island of Kefalonia and experience some of the excellent local food and wine the tavernas have to offer. The capitol of island, Argostoli, is a 10 minute drive away, you can while away the early evenings drinking coffee on the square while watching the world go by.
On your arrival the property manager will visit you to show you around the property and to give you some useful tips on where to eat, the best beaches, best places to visit etc. The property manager is on call 24 hours a day to offer you peace of mind during your stay at the villa.

Summary: We just had our honeymoon at the gorgeous Vinaria Litoa Villa. It exceeded our expectations 10 fold. First thing that struck us on arrival is how clean the Villa was, immaculate is the most appropriate word. Secondly, the images simply do not do it justice at all. The view of the sea and the sunset is unbelievable and a little slice of heaven. Owners live next door and are lovely people who do not intrude at all. 10 minute walk to Svoronata, but we got a taxi most nights to Lassi, 15 minute drive. Don’t let the fact that the airport is behind you put you off, it really isn’t an issue at all. We loved it, so much so that we have already booked 2 weeks next year and cannot wait.

Summary: The Villa is as well thought out and fitted out as you could want/expect. This is the second time we have stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves yet again. Only down side is that in the eight years since we last visted the airport has become far busier. Although this didnt bother us greatly it is a draw back to what is otherise a gtreat location and outlook.

Summary: We had a wonderful week at this villa: it's beautiful throughout and we made maximum use of the gorgeous pool! The owners live next door during the summer and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived; they and the property manager William were exceptionally accommodating about our later than planned departure. Don't be put off by the proximity of the airport: it is not at all intrusive, and the nearby Ammes beach is delightful. We hired a car (from Pefanis - highly recommended) and covered most parts of the island during our week there - Leviathos is a good base being fairly central. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The property suited our needs, quiet location but within walking distance of lovely beaches, village shop and restaurants with taxis available when we wished to venture further. The villa was very well equipped inside with stunning gardens and outside entertainment areas, pool and amazing views, so relaxing. The owners live next door and were very kind and informative but left us alone however were available should we have needed them.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Vinaria Litoa. The villa is beautifully appointed, well equipped (perhaps just a couple more tea/coffee mugs please!), immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Young children and older people would need to take care on the staircases but otherwise the villa is safe for young families. There is a good sized pool and wonderful sea views. There is a fair bit of aircraft noise but the villa is very close to the airport and is advertised as such. It did not bother us overly. The villa is a good base for exploring the southern part of this beautiful island (our sixth visit) and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Our favourite was Esperides in Svoronata. The owners live next door and were extremely kind and helpful to us when we had a problem with our hire car - thank you again. William the Property Manager is very well organised and helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and will remember with fondness the beautiful sunsets over the Ionian Sea. We would be happy to stay here again. Richard and Rosemary
