Positive: The location was great. A short walk to the bus stop to get to the Seabus terminal. Also convenient bus to Grouse Mountain. Free on street parking was good.

Negative: We were not informed that the accommodation was in the basement. The entrance was shabby and the handrail had some very sharp fixtures.
