This place located in a unique setting with landscaped garden crossed by the river, is ideal for a stopover or to rest longer enjoying the serenity of the place. You will find all the comfort of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops.

The property has an entrance, a large living space with a lounge, fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator).
