Located at the entrance of the village on the edge of the Charente, this loft of 150 m² fully equipped and modern comfort has been converted into a former mill overlooking the river in a private domain.
This place located in a unique setting with landscaped garden crossed by the river, is ideal for a stopover or to rest longer enjoying the serenity of the place. You will find all the comfort of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops.
Located 15 km from Ruffec (TGV station) and 25 km from Angoulême (TGV station)
The property has an entrance, a large living space with a lounge, fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator). Summary: This property is spacious, cozy and wonderfully located. Mariel is very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The location is close to many lovely areas and locations in this area of France. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Mariel is a wonderful host and is generous. Le Moulin is very comfortable with little extras like nice soap, lovely linen, a little breakfast for your first morning. Mariel enjoyed having my three children to stay. We swam in the river every day and went canoeing, Mariel helped us organise this. I highly recommend Le Moulin.

Summary: We stayed here the first two weeks of Feb 2016. Mariel the owner is a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble for her. The apartment is beautifully presented and fully equipped for all your need: a real home from home in a stunning riverside location, we would certainly recommend this property. Just wish we could add more star rating than this review allows.
