Positive: Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The location is fairly good, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. What really stood out was the staff—they were absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any of our requests, which made our experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Negative: That being said, there were some significant issues with cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly. We noticed dirty towels and stains on the bedding, which was disappointing. Additionally, the doors, light switches, and other surfaces throughout the room were visibly dirty, giving the impression that the cleaning process was rushed or incomplete. It would also be a great improvement to add a doormat near the door, as it would help keep the room tidier.
