Summary: VRBO ad stated the unit had Air Conditioning and a Dryer, and it did not have either. Ad should be corrected!!! When inquiring with owner about the air conditioning hours after arriving, there was not response until I resubmitted the question 2 days later. We were then told the “unit” was in the basement and it could be brought up the next day, which was the day before we departed. Disappointing! Other than that the unit would be fine if there was more attention to its cleanliness.

Summary: Nice big property. It was cold, at the beginning, but when we closed all ventilation in bathroom it was much wormer (that should be written somewhere). Maybe some major cleaning is needed. Other than that all as expected.

Summary: We are very pleased with our stay in apartment Orchidee. It has an excellent location - very close to supermarkets, restaurants and also to a small park, suitable for walking with dogs. The nearby Old Town of Mödling is also worth visiting. The owner Georg was very friendly, the apartment was comfortable and clean, just the trays for baking were rusty and unusable. We would come back there again (with our own baking tray :) )

Summary: Georg's place was just perfect for our needs. A fully-functional kitchen and laundry washer/dryer really made the place stand out. It is clean and comfortable, great for couples or a small group of friends. Close to S train that goes into Vienna. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Summary: The flat was very nice and spacious for 4 people like us. Extraordinarily quiet though in a large building. The landlord is very kind and ready to help whenever needed. The flat is close to the local train station (WLB) from which trains to Vienna downtown leave every 10-15 minutes. Furthermore two food stores are at only 2 minute walk from the flat. I would recommend it to people who wants to visit Vienna as well as its beautiful surroundings.
