The apartment consists of a kitchen complete with sink, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and all the accessories for eating at home. A large living room with a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed. A long corridor connects the living room with the sleeping area where there are two large sleeping rooms and the second bathroom.
One of the two bedrooms has the option of having either a double bed or two single beds, giving us proper notice. The two bathrooms both have a shower, and one also has a bathtub.
The apartment is all for you.

I am Carlo, your host, and first of all I want to thank you for having booked my apartment.

This letter is to welcome you and to give you some information about the apartment you have booked, as well as the lines that you should follow so to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Please carefully read the house rules as well as this note so to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.
It's my commitment, in respect to the check-out time which is at 11 am, if possible, to prepare in the best way the apartment for my new guest as soon as possible. In that case I will inform you that the apartment is ready and that you can check-in earlier. Otherwise, the regular check-in time is at 3 pm. To help me to do this please advise me of your arrival time.
Self-Check-in: inside a black padlock hanging on a tube on the wall on the right side of the building door at number 10 of Vicolo della Madonnella you will find a set of keys. The code of the padlock is:The set of keys that you find is composed of one big key that opens the apartment door located on the first floor. Medium size key is to open clockwise the building door. The last and the smallest is an extra key for my "cantina" that you, in case can use it for deposit your bags at check-out.
There is a second locker for "bags Deposit", at check-in (the code is 1965) this is to use only to deposit your bags if you arrive earlier than regular check-in time or when you need to store your bags at check-out. Inside there are two keys, one is to open, clockwise, the building door, the other one (the smallest) is to open the very old wood door that is, after you open the building door, just in front of it.
Once you open the door you will find some stairs on which you can leave your suitcases. Once you've got your bags back, put the keys back in the lock and take the check-in keys from the other lock, or have a safe trip home. Thank you
The door of your apartment is located on the first floor on your right side.
Please, at your check-out, first put back the apartment keys in the black padlock, for the arriving guests.
I will provide you with two sets of keys. The second set will be in the apartment just after u have opened the apartment door, on your right behind the door hanging on the wall, there is a little wooden box for keys... At check-out, please leave the second set of keys in the apartment. If you do not put the keys back where you found them or lose them, you will be charged of a fee of one hundred euro.
Please note that one of the two rooms can be arranged with two single beds, but I need to know that in advance.
I am based on mutual respect.
Please do not touch the electrical panels and do not move the router of the WIFI, takes well throughout the whole apartment. The Wi-Fi name and password are on the back of the box. Please don't make it fall.
Please do not throw food in the sink and other things than toilet paper in the wc.
There are two bedrooms in addition to a double sofa bed; there are two bathrooms and in one there is a bath. both have a shower.
You are in the center of the ancient city this means that there is life H24! It is possible that during the arch of the day and night there may be slight noises. However, all the windows are soundproof ...
You are within walking distance of all the most important sites to visit in the eternal city, Rome.
