Positive: Very spacious living space. Plenty of towels and kitchen equipment provided. Also liked the extras like first aid items, dog treats and small selection of games for rainy days.

Negative: The late check in and early departure made things difficult when travelling with 2 under 5s. Especially when expected to strip all beds and empty bins before leaving. Also didn't like that the rear garden wasn't fully enclosed so children and dog could potentially escape!

Positive: Location nice and convenient for the beach (2Km) and other facilities nearby, parking good and house downstairs superbly designed, one large u shaped room comprising sun area with bifold doors, kitchen area, dining and lounge areas, two TV's adults and kids. Extremely highly furnished with all gadgets you could think of, bathroom excellent as was the en suite. Ideal holiday gem!

Negative: Beds a tad hard?

Summary: Had a really nice time, local pub (walkable) great food and a sea view to boot. Excellent.

Positive: Amazing place so close to stunning newgale beach. We came here for surfing and it was just perfect. So many great touches which show how thoughtful the hosts are who were very friendly as well. All the furniture and everything inside was immaculate as if it had only just been fitted. Easy 10/10
