Summary: In town for the holiday weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. This house was adorable. The lot was lovely and quiet. We loved the rabbits and birds and were a bit sad we weren’t here later in the season to sample the raspberry/blackberries on site. The outdoor sitting area was really nice while the sun was out and we enjoyed coffee and quiet reading out there. We think grill would be really appreciated for that space.Kayla was very responsive and welcoming over text.There was a bit of a musty odor in the bathroom that came out into the rest of the house when windows were shut. We were disappointed to find the washer/dryer were out of order especially after getting soaked in a strong downpour while in Newport. The pull out couch in the second bedroom was not very comfortable and we were disappointed that it wasn’t an actual bed. There was also a rather loud gurgle noise coming from the basement at a constant rate which was concerning to start. We thought maybe a sump pump due to the rain.We never located the welcome binder. Overall it was a lovely space and reasonably priced for a holiday weekend.

Summary: We were in town for spring fest in tiverton. We wanted something that would make the baby feel like home, which this property did. It was the perfect size for the four of us. It was quiet and in a great location. Hoping to be able to rent this place yearly when we come back!
