Summary: We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay.

Summary: Huge house to accommodate 3 families. Great location which allowed us to do several day trips to explore Western Maine and the White Mountains of NH as well as take advantage of all that Sunday River and Bethel have to offer.

Summary: The property had all the means to keep anyone entertained even on a rainy day. The yard was large enough to hold a yard game or two while others swam and enjoyed the sun. Great stay.

Summary: Our large group had a great time at this house, plenty of space and a lot for us to all do. Only thing that could have made the stay better was if there was hot water in the showers. Overall would stay again.

Summary: This house was great for our group of 20. There was more space than I expected, so many rooms. The dining room can't fit 20 but people spread out into the adjacent living room. The heated floors, hot tub and wood fireplace were very nice with our cold winter mornings and nights.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. We had exactly 5 families with 9 kids and everyone fit perfectly. The house was spacious with many rooms to sit and enjoy the views. The hot tub was a hit as was the move theater room. I specifically enjoyed the spacious kitchen and the game room with the full size shuffle board wasn't too shabby either. It took us probably 10 minutes to get to South Ridge at Sunday River, so pretty convenient considering how much space there was. The only problem I had was trying to get in touch with the owner because I could not access my VRBO app. There was a little leak in the basement that I thought they should know about, so I had to reach out to a number for a maintenance person listed in a book that was out of date. Once I was able to connect with them, they were very responsive and able to get someone over to take a look at it in a timely manner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and considering already booking for next year.

The house was interesting layout.would like to know it's history.Plenty of room for all.We had an incident of a mouse in the theater room, which was a good thing.
