Independent and totally storey cottage near the equestrian center of the Goutarende, in a hamlet in away from the village of Cuxac Cabardes with an environment of forests and meadows. You are 30 minutes from Carcassonne and the Cathar country of Lastours castles and caves of Cabrespine and Limousis site. See also the Bush paper mill. The village and shops are at 1.5 km. The cottage has a large attached in Meadow land, and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to a pool, 50 m from the cottage 7x13m is shared with other guests of the site (4 families).
