The house has a great location approx. 175 m from the North Sea on a 2,200 m² large hilly plot in quiet area and sheltered by high dunes which offers stunning views of the area. The cottage is naturally equipped with everything that can be expected of a perfect holiday in pleasant settings and is intended for both guests who appreciate relaxation and well-being as for those who want many activities. Summary: Ein Besuch des Leutturms "Lyngvig Fyr" in Hvide Sande lohnt sich für Personen die gut 200 Stufen steigen können. Die tolle Aussicht belohnt die Mühe. / Beachten sollte man den nicht unerheblichen Stromverbrauch der Poolheizung und der Entfeuchtungsanlage. Für eine Woche fallen da ca. 250KWh (im April) an. Der Pool an sich ist toll, die Gegenstromanlage wird mit dem silbernen Tastknopf Ein- und Ausgeschaltet. Der befindet sich an der Seite des Pools an der die Rolle der Poolabdeckung angebracht ist. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, Töpfe/Pfannen sind in gutem Zustand.

Summary: Da wir zum entschleunigen und angeln Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus gemacht haben, war die Lage nahezu perfekt. Sowohl die Nähe zum Strand als auch die sehr ruhige Lage haben uns einen sehr entspannten Urlaub ermöglicht. Aber auch verschiedene Aktivitäten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Summary: Das Haus ist in guter Lage. Nur durch eine Düne vom Strand getrennt. Leider ist das Mobiliar ziemlich abgewohnt vor allem in der Küche. Herd und Abzugshaube sind ziemlich verdreckt, da müsste mal was neues her. Des Weiteren waren bei uns viele Lampenhalterungen in den Zimmern lose und manchmal auch gar keine Lampen vorhanden. Im Poolbereich ist die Poollampe defekt. In der Sauna gibt es n ur ein defektes Thermometer und keine Hygroanzeige und auch keine Sanduhr damit man weiss wienlange man schon in der Sauna ist. Die beiden Teppiche sind ziemlich verdreckt u.a. mit Hundehaaren ( saugen hilft da auch nicht mehr viel ). Bei mindestens der Hälfte der Sitzkissen im Essbereich sind die Befestigungsbändchen zerrissen. Die Grillroste sind verrostet. / Viele Kleinigkeiten weich finde das man da mal ein Auge drauf haben sollte.
