Bright and well-appointed holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located in the newer resort area of Tranum Strand. The house is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest toilet with shower and as well a covered as an open terrace. To keep energy costs to a minimum there is an air-to-air heat pump. The house has modern furnishings and because of the large windows the living room appears very bright and appealing. Above the living room is the large mezzanine. The rooms are all equipped with box mattresses and cupboards. The decor is in the famous Danish cottage style with comfort, well-being and functionality of focus. The plot is an open natural plot with a little vegetation and with plenty of opportunities for both sun and shelter. The large terrace area serves as a wonderful setting for outdoor life look like sunbathing, playing with the kids, ball games or simply having fun around the grill in the evenings. Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area: Football golf with 9 holes Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf) Soccer goals 7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut Petanque court Huge sandbox Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw Beach volleyball. When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea. Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area. Free admitrance to water park.
