Summary: It was everything we needed. Very quiet. The campground could’ve been looked after a little better but some of that could be considered “camper clutter”. Better than hotels in the area for sure.

Summary: We LOVED the little tiny house! It was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The area is GORGEOUS! We enjoyed downtown Franklin and nearby Highland and the waterfalls on the drive between the 2 towns. Look forward to next time.

Summary: Great little getaway spot. Very clean, easy to get to, and in a great location. About 1.5 hours from Gatlinburg, 10 minutes from down town Franklin, 25 minutes from Highlands, 20 minutes to Dillard, 35 minutes to Rabun. Lots of waterfalls and scenery to explore. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!
