Positive: House was very spacious. Perfect for a family. House was well stocked with toiletries, linens, housewares and kitchenwares. Lots of board games! Beds were extremely comfortable. Best night sleep I’ve had in years. Location is very nice. It’s close to US 97, the Sunriver Village, and minutes away from the Deschutes River.

Negative: The rooms could use updated and larger TV’s. We were housebound for a few days due to the Cedar Creek Fire. I would also like to see a tv in the middle bedroom.

Positive: This place has everything we needed - a kitchen with every conceivable utensil including kids dishes, extra blankets and pillows, fireplace, well lit with big windows, quiet, lots of games and puzzles, books, movies, bikes and helmets, bike trails, a nice hot tub, a beautiful setting in the woods yet close to amenities and close to Bend, very clean and comfortable.

Negative: The TV in the living room is a little dated; too small and mounted too high on the wall.

Summary: We would definitely stay here again.
