Summary: Nice looking and well keep, cozy place for large number of guests. Kitchen is well equipped and dining area has very large windows with a huge table, perfect for communal meals. Hot tub was a treat as well. Will definitely consider returning.

Summary: My booking experience with this cottage was great, the owner was very communicative and easy to deal with. The address on the listing was wrong, but the correct address was given closer to the time of rental. My main gripe with the rental was that the listing showed as having 3 bathrooms from the time of booking to when we arrived. So when I filtered VRBO for 3+ bathrooms, this listing showed up. What I didn’t know was at the very bottom of the description overview of the post, it said 2 bathrooms, you had to click ‘read entire overview’ to expand the overview to even notice this. Upon communicating my frustration with the owner when we arrived, she corrected the posting with VRBO and issued a small refund. A couple of smaller things were that the listing said there was a 50” TV (no tv was shown in the pictures). The TV did not look 50”, it was probably somewhere between 35-40”. And the listing also says there is a dishwasher in the list of amenities and there was no dishwasher. Other than that, the check-in procedure was clear and easy, the rooms were clean, wifi was good, there was cable for the TV, communication with the owner was great and my family and I had a great time. If the number of bedrooms and bathrooms works for your group and you don’t mind washing dishes by hand (we certainly managed), I highly recommend this company and cottage.
